At Flow Haus, we offer a variety of yoga classes designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to energize, restore, or deeply connect with your body. Each class is guided by teachers that lead with love and hold space for students to connect with their bodies and breath.
Daily Practice
Our signature Flow Haus offering is a slower to steady tempo flow designed to be nourishing and sustainable for daily practice. Each class blends mindful movement with steady holds and closes in stillness.
Accessible to most levels.

Yin Yoga
This class is slower and more meditative. Using yoga props, the focus is on the deeper tissues of the body through extended holds of postures to help find more length, range of motion, and flow of energy.

This class combines the dynamic movement of a flow class with relaxing poses. Leaving students feeling balanced between effort and ease.

Vinyasa
A dynamic flow of breath and movement, with each posture intentionally leading into the next. This energetic practice builds heat and strength in the body while inviting curiosity and exploration of more challenging asana. Variations and adaptations are guided throughout to support most levels.

Power
A fast-paced flow designed to push your edge with sequencing to build heat, strength and stamina. This class moves quickly and challenges you to move with awareness, not autopilot. Expect high energy and hip beats for a strong vibe.

Gentle Flow
A practice that guides the body into ease and the mind into presence through gentle, mindful movements. This prepares the body and breath for a closing practice of pranayama, guided meditation, or extended savasana.

Restore
A gentle, slow-paced practice designed to support rest and nervous system regulation. Restorative Yoga uses fully supported postures and longer holds, with the aid of props, to invite deep relaxation and ease. Movement is minimal, allowing the body and mind to settle and restore.

Gentle & Sound
A gentle practice that guides the body into ease and the mind into presence through gentle, mindful movement. This class prepares the body and breath for integration at the end of practice, incorporating soothing sound instruments.
