Move, Breathe, Flow

At Flow Haus, we offer a variety of yoga experiences designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to energize, restore, or deeply connect with your body. Each class is guided by expert teachers and paired with thoughtfully curated music to create a truly immersive practice.

Daily Practice

Our take on a flow class - this class connects movement and breath through continuous flow and held poses. Emphasizing a deep mindful exploration of the body. The use of props, makes this class accessible to all levels.

Yin Yoga 

This class is slower and more meditative. Using yoga props, the focus is on the deeper tissues of the body through extended holds of postures to help find more length, range of motion, and flow of energy.

Flow & Restore

This class combines the dynamic movement of a flow class with relaxing poses. Leaving students feeling balanced between effort and ease.

Empower Flow

Ignite your inner strength in an energetic and dynamic practice suitable for all levels. This class encourages focus and awareness both physically and energetically. You’ll connect your breath to movement at a faster pace, building strength and endurance.

Open Haus

not an instructed class

This 45-minute open haus is for yogis to use our studio to hold their own practice. Take the full 45 minutes or come in or leave as you need during this scheduled time.

Pop-ups 

We plan to offer a variety of pop-up classes on Fridays nights and Sunday afternoons, allowing our teachers to offer longer classes in the areas that they most enjoy and specialize in.
