At Flow Haus, we offer a variety of yoga classes designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to energize, restore, or deeply connect with your body. Each class is guided by teachers that lead with love and hold space for students to connect with their bodies and breath.
Daily Practice
Our signature offering — beginning with grounding pranayama, then transitioning into asana-weaving movement and breath through a steady flow and intentional holds. We close this class with time in stillness, leaving students feeling nourished. The use of props makes the practice accessible to most levels.

Yin Yoga
This class is slower and more meditative. Using yoga props, the focus is on the deeper tissues of the body through extended holds of postures to help find more length, range of motion, and flow of energy.

Flow & Restore
This class combines the dynamic movement of a flow class with relaxing poses. Leaving students feeling balanced between effort and ease.

Empower Flow
Ignite your inner strength in an energetic and dynamic practice suitable for all levels. This class encourages focus and awareness both physically and energetically. You’ll connect your breath to movement at a faster pace, building strength and endurance.

Restore
A gentle, slow paced and grounded class that uses active stretching and mindful movement to release tension, improve mobility, and bring balance to the body. With the support of props and longer holds, this practice leaves you feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply relaxed.
