A traditional practice honoring the sun through 108 Sun Salutations. The repetition challenges both body and mind. It asks for focus, patience, and a willingness to stay present through sensation.
You will be guided through a series of gentle, healing movements that include myofascial release techniques. This class will also focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation.
