Yin Yoga
Quiet & Revitalizing
Experience deep awareness while down-regulating your nervous system in this resilience building practice. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Yin Yoga is a series of postures held for 3-5 minutes to target your connective tissues and to create a positive energetic effect in the body. Props may be used to support all bodies.
Intensity: Low

Balanced & Refreshing
This class is structured in two parts. The first half offers dynamic, breath-led movement to warm the body and build circulation. The second half shifts into restorative postures, using support and stillness to slow the pace. This format creates space for both movement and rest within a single practice, allowing time to transition from activity into ease. Props are offered throughout to support all bodies.

Vinyasa
Energizing & Uplifting
A dynamic flow of breath and movement, with each posture intentionally leading into the next. This energetic practice builds heat and strength in the body to support detoxification while inviting curiosity and exploration of more challenging asana. Variations and adaptations are guided throughout to support all bodies.

Power
Dynamic & Detoxifying
A faster-paced flow designed to push your edge with sequencing to build heat, strength and stamina. This class challenges you to move with awareness, not autopilot. Expect high energy and hip beats for an uplifting flow.

Gentle Flow
Grounded & Supportive
A practice that guides the body into ease and the mind into presence through gentle, mindful movements. This prepares the body and breath for a closing practice of pranayama, guided meditation, or extended savasana. Supports all bodies.

Restore
Quiet & Relaxing
A gentle, slow-paced practice designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. Using fully supported postures and longer holds with the aid of props, this class invites you to unwind, melt, and settle into profound inner stillness. Movement is minimal, allowing the body and mind to soften, release tension, and recalibrate.
