Carolina
teacher
Carolina had always been interested in yoga and mindfulness, but it wasn't until she moved from her hometown in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, to Maine in 2020 that her yoga practice became consistent as she entered a new stage in life. Ever since then, Carolina’s time on the mat is non-negotiable. Yoga has taught her to be present, mindful, kind to herself, and flexible on and off the mat. With that in mind and ready to dive deeper into her practice and learn more about yogic philosophy, Carolina completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. She believes that every time we step onto the mat, it’s a chance to grow, learn, and practice compassion toward ourselves and others. She can’t wait to meet you there! When not on her mat, you’ll probably find Carolina in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, baking sourdough, or out walking in nature.

Patrice
teacher
Patrice, also known as Queen P, is a 200-hour RYT yoga instructor and certified life coach whose work centers on mindfulness, accessibility, and embodied healing. She specializes in slow-flow vinyasa and yin practices, gently infused with sound healing, creating classes that are trauma-informed and grounded in intentional movement and rest. With over six years of personal practice, yoga became Patrice’s pathway back home to herself, a space to soften, listen, and move through life with greater awareness. This lived experience shapes her teaching philosophy: yoga is for every body. She is especially passionate about making yoga and its healing tools more accessible within Black and Brown communities. Patrice’s classes invite you to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling grounded, supported, and renewed one breath at a time.

Kristen
teacher
Kristen came to yoga through a season of life that asked her to slow down and actually listen. What she found on the mat changed everything, and she has been chasing that feeling ever since, for herself and for every student who walks into her class. She earned her 200-hour certification in 2022 and her 300-hour in 2025, and is now a 500-hour certified teacher whose classes live somewhere between movement and medicine. Kristen teaches Power , Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, and no two classes feel quite the same. She approaches each one as its own experience, weaving together philosophy, intention, and music that is carefully curated to carry you through, pulling from different genres, artists, and emotions to create something that feels less like a workout and more like a journey. Her dharma talks will make you think. Her playlists will make you feel. And her classes will meet you exactly where you are, with variations for every body and the occasional challenge to remind you how capable you actually are. She teaches because she believes yoga has the power to change people. It changed her. And she shows up every time hoping it does the same for you
