Jamie
studio assistant & teacher
Jamie has been a student of yoga for over a decade turned yoga instructor, with the belief that every day is an opportunity to choose peace and positivity. She brings this awareness to each class and will guide you to be fully in the moment and connected to your breath. Her purpose is to cultivate a Yoga lifestyle for herself and others. She believes when you carve out time for yoga, you deepen your awareness within. She wants all her students to come to the idea that “It’s not about doing yoga, it’s about being yoga” living it off the mat and to know it’s a work IN and not a work OUT!
Jamie draws inspiration from dance and mixed martial arts which allows her to get creative with her classes. She finds a good playlist a perfect combination to bridge movement and emotion on the mat. Some of her hobby’s are dance, being in nature, reading, and doing crafts.
Jamie looks forward to sharing space and guiding you through a dynamic flow filled with fun transitions and strength building sequences.

What began as solely a personal practice steadily transformed into a deep passion for spreading yoga’s transformative teachings to whoever would listen. She believes in the constant ebb and flow of life, learning, and growth. This belief is palpable in each of her classes, where students are encouraged and supported in their discovery of movement and mindfulness.
With an extensive background in human physiology and movement, Camila ensures each class is balanced, accessible, and challenging for all levels. She aims to create a playful, creative, and safe space both on and off the mat where each person’s unique and ever-changing journeys are recognized and honored.

Carolina
teacher
Carolina had always been interested in yoga and mindfulness, but it wasn't until she moved from her hometown in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, to Maine in 2020 that her yoga practice became consistent as she entered a new stage in life. Ever since then, Carolina’s time on the mat is non-negotiable.
Yoga has taught her to be present, mindful, kind to herself, and flexible on and off the mat. With that in mind and ready to dive deeper into her practice and learn more about yogic philosophy, Carolina completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. She believes that every time we step onto the mat, it’s a chance to grow, learn, and practice compassion toward ourselves and others. She can’t wait to meet you there!
When not on her mat, you’ll probably find Carolina in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, baking sourdough, or out walking in nature.
