Cari
studio owner & instructor
Cari is the visionary and owner of Flow Haus. She first tried yoga in 2012, and although she liked it, did not make it a regular practice until 2019 when she found Firefly Yoga Co. Yoga quickly became a part of Cari’s life and helped balance out her dance practice. She is grateful to yoga for providing healing, spiritual growth, and self-discovery on and off the mat. Cari completed YTT in 2020 under Holly Garrison, and strives to make everyone feel welcomed, while encouraging moving in a way that is nurturing and feels good to the body.

Pasch
Instructor
Pasch is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping you find balance and ease through mindful movement. She began her yoga journey in 2015 to reconnect with herself and manage work-related stress, later becoming a certified teacher in 2020.
Specializing in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, she blends fluidity, strength, and deep relaxation while making poses accessible for all bodies. Believing yoga is a lifelong practice for maintaining inner peace, she encourages students to embrace the journey rather than strive for perfection. Through her teachings, Pasch inspires students to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate harmony both on and off the mat.

Asatta
Instructor
Asatta is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Communicator. Through her Yoga classes , Asatta shares tips and tools that empower others to examine their 8 Pillars of Wellness and approach their well-being holistically so they can live a happier, more balanced life.
A 300+ hr RYT, Asatta became registered in 2015 under the guidance of Tymi Howard in Orlando. Since then, she's continued her education with 100 hours of Yin Yoga teacher training in 2017 and then ongoing mentorship with other leaders in the Yoga industry across the country.
Over the last decade, Asatta has taught hundreds of group classes throughout Central Florida in partnership with Yoga studios, fitness clubs and Orange County Public Schools. Asatta has also taught students privately, on a long term basis, supporting them to build a Yoga and Meditation practice unique to their own body and needs

Hi, I’m Jamie. I’ve been a student of yoga for over a decade turned yoga instructor. I believe every day is an opportunity to choose peace and start the day with positivity. I bring this awareness to my class and I will guide you to be fully in the moment and connected to your breath. My purpose here is to help, myself and everyone I lead, to cultivate a Yoga lifestyle. The more you carve out time for yoga the more you learn about yourself. You learn how to rest, heal, and to begin again. So many benefits to your mind, body, spirit. I want all my students to come to the idea that “It’s not about doing yoga, it’s about being yoga” living it off the mat and to know it’s a work IN and not a work OUT!
When it comes to my style, most of my inspiration comes from dance and mixed martial arts. My journey as an instructor is still being written but I love using my imagination and bringing creativity to my flows. I find a good playlist a perfect combination to bridge movement and emotion on the mat.
I look forward to sharing space and guiding you through a dynamic flow filled with fun transitions and strength building sequences.
